Honoring this rite of passage means living a unique experience that opens us to the cyclicity of our Being and to connect with Biorhythms. When this does not happen, it emerges "in secret" with shame, disgust and an endless number of toxic emotions that will make us future women disoriented, full of taboos and complexes.

This course is vital to be able to live a menstruation without fear or shame. Do not destine misinformation to your granddaughter, daughter, niece... Offer them the possibility of a conscious menstruation. Accompany her in this transition by celebrating this experience of
life by recognizing its potential, meaning and responsibility. It is intended for all girls and adolescents who are about to enter or have already entered this stage. We believe that mothers can also train regardless of the age of their daughters for a better relationship full of openness and trust. And, of course, it is essential for any women's circle facilitator. The women will be trained for six weeks, through an intensive virtual course, divided into modules, which will allow them to choose a schedule compatible with their activities, to be able to do it anywhere in the world and transmit it to their girls. In this course, they are the protagonists and they must be given the freedom and space so that they can openly ask about this area. Grandmas, moms... will know the detailed agenda, the proposed readings and videos, as well as the activities at the end. We will work from the lunar phases and their archetypes. On the other hand, in the third module, the mothers will share the agenda where the archetype of the full moon is worked on, generating a deep bond between them on this topic and others related.
